Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Iron & Stone.
You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened supplements
- Opened food or drink products
- Opened nutrition products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Any item returned in a condition that prevents resale
This does not affect your statutory rights if products are faulty or not as described.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
We will arrange a replacement, refund or suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item is damaged in transit
- The incorrect item was supplied
