About Forged From Within

Forged From Within started with two friends, two very different interests, and one shared idea: build something around what you genuinely know, care about and believe in.

For Scott, that meant supplements, training and helping people make better choices without drowning them in jargon. The fitness world can be noisy. Every product promises more, every trend claims to be essential, and somehow you are still left wondering what you actually need.

Scott’s side of Forged From Within is about making that simpler. Trusted supplements, honest guidance and coaching built around real people, real routines and real goals.

For Matt, it was collectables. More specifically, the cards, products and tiny pieces of nostalgia that can turn a casual interest into a full-blown hunt for the next great find.

Matt looks after the collectables side of the business, from Pokémon singles and sealed products to graded cards, accessories and consignment. It is run with the mindset of a collector, because nobody understands the excitement, value and occasional emotional turmoil of collecting quite like another collector.

Supplements and trading cards might not seem like the most obvious pairing. One helps you build strength, the other has you carefully sliding shiny cardboard into protective sleeves.

But underneath, they are not so different.

Both are about progress. About investing in something you care about. About showing up consistently, learning as you go and building something that feels personal to you.

That is what Forged From Within represents.

It is the idea that the things worth having are built over time, whether that is confidence, strength, knowledge, a collection or a business started by two mates who decided to give it a proper go.

We are proudly independent, UK-based and still close enough to every order, enquiry and customer to care about the details. You will not find faceless advice, pushy sales tactics or products chosen purely because they are fashionable.

Just two friends, two passions and one business built from the inside out.

Welcome to Forged From Within.
