Submit Cards to The Vault Exchange
Send your card sale, trade-in or consignment request for review.
Email your submission to theforge@forgedfromwithin.co.uk. Include the details below so we can give a useful answer without playing inbox ping-pong.
Submission checklist
- Your name and contact details.
- Your preferred route: sell, trade in, or consignment.
- Clear front and back photos of each card.
- Card name, set name and card number where possible.
- Your condition notes, including whitening, scratches, dents, print lines or creases.
- For graded cards: grading company, grade and certificate number.
- For sealed products: photos of all sides, seals, corners and any damage.
- For collections: a short overview, binder photos and close-ups of the best cards.
Important notes
Accepted consignment items are handled at a 7% fee of the final sale price. We confirm terms before listing. Offers and acceptance depend on authenticity, condition, demand, stock levels and resale suitability.
