Vault Exchange Terms

Plain-English terms for card submissions, buy-ins, trade-ins and consignment requests.

These terms help keep the intake process fair, clear and workable for both sides. By submitting cards or products to The Vault Exchange, you confirm that the items are yours to sell and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Submission review

• All offers are subject to review, condition, authenticity, demand and current stock levels.
• We may decline any item that does not fit the shop, cannot be verified, or is not suitable for resale.
• Photos must show the true condition of the item, including damage, marks or seal issues.

Direct sale and trade-in

• Any offer made by Forged from Within is not final until the item has been checked in person or by an agreed method.
• Final offers may change if the item condition differs from the photos or description.
• Trade-in credit may differ from cash offer value.

Consignment

• Consignment is by approval only and is generally intended for higher-value cards, slabs or sealed products.
• The consignment fee is 7% of the final sale price.
• We will confirm the agreed route before listing an item for sale.
• Payment is arranged after the sale has completed and the order has cleared any obvious issue window.

Authenticity and ownership

Items believed to be counterfeit, stolen, altered, resealed or misrepresented will be declined. We reserve the right to refuse any submission where there is doubt around authenticity, ownership or suitability.
